Olivia (Liv) Syptak joined the Board of Directors in February 2023.
An independent consultant in project and change management, she brings a focus on initiative planning and execution, stakeholder engagement, and communication. Having delivered on and sustained organizational change objectives, and coached rising professionals toward their personal goals she takes both broad and close perspectives on ensuring that processes, tools, and people are working effectively.
A lifelong learner, Ms. Syptak, holds an MBA, M.Ed., and MFA. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and a Project Management Professional through Project Management International.
Her community service also includes active involvement in lay leadership at St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church, and volunteering at St. Francis Center (day shelter for unhoused people in Denver).
Throughout her 19 years in Summit County, she’s enjoyed riding bikes (dirt, gravel, snow, and road), walking the trails, and sitting out on the deck in our brief but beautiful summers.
