NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to §29-1-106, C.R.S., as amended, that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Red, White & Blue Fire Protection District (“District”), for calendar year of 2025.  A copy of such proposed budget, which includes a summary of fund balances, revenues and expenditures of the District, is available for public inspection at 316 N. Main Street, Breckenridge, Colorado.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the District will consider the adoption of its 2025 Budget after public hearings on the proposed budgets are conducted during a regular meeting of the District’s Board of Directors to be held at 316 N. Main Street, Breckenridge, Colorado, on December 5, 2024, at 3:30 p.m.

Any elector within the District may inspect the proposed Budget for 2025, if necessary, and file or register any objections or comments thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of said Budgets.
